Dear Devloper,
i think this is a very useful tool but running this on CPU mode for large dataset is extremly painful as it is slow as well as getting stuck some times. The modern GPUs are not supporting the legacy drivers this tool is written upon . I would like to know if you have any plan in the future to upgrade this as this is avery good binning tool.
