Constructable stylesheets and adopted stylesheets

Are there any plans to add polyfills for constructable stylesheets and for adopted stylesheets?

If it isn't already in the works, I would be willing to attempt to implement it. (I am extremely new to all of this and have neither a home lab nor a browserstack subscription for testing, so I don't want to make any promises.)

Are there any known problems preventing its implementaton?
