Game in focus not detected in rare cases

Unfortunately this one I can't reproduce it voluntarily, but in some cases when I alt-tab multiple times between pob, browser, trade tools, and such, SlimTrade will lose track of if the game is in focus or not, and therefore the hotkeys stop working.
The only way to "refresh" the state in my case is to alt-tab into another program and **click** somewhere.
