Fetch module missing in dynamic imports when debug build option is set to true

Fail to load my application on client side, i have this following error : Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'fetch') on dynamic import file.

Resetting debug to false on build option, resolve my issue.
