Upload Symbols failed issue when uploading app to testflight

I am getting this issue while uploading app to testflight.

I am using XCode 16.2.

Do we have to upload these symbols file in apptics portal like we do for Crashlytics?

These are just warnings and can be ignored. There is nothing to be done from your end.
