What to build

The local web Dashboard walking skeleton: npx testbuds (dev equivalent) serves the React Dashboard. The developer enters a Target entry point + a plain-language Flow Spec goal, starts a Run, and watches a live step timeline rendered from the event stream (perceived / intent / action / outcome / milestone). Works against the fake adapter today; real Runs light up when the web Interaction adapter lands.

Acceptance criteria

  • A local CLI command serves the Dashboard and opens the browser
  • A form (Target entry + Flow Spec goal + Bud selection stub) starts a Run via the Run Orchestrator
  • The step timeline streams live during the Run (no refresh), showing what the Bud perceived and did at each step
  • Run completion shows the outcome and a link/path to the saved Run Artifact
