Connectivity alert update

In this update -

1. Alert message is moved to bottom of the connectivity card.
2. Alert message is formatted so that the links inside are clickable (opening in new tab).
3. Alert is shown as a button (chip) instead of warning icon and tooltip.
4. Alert message is included in copy content.

This update fixes one of the feedback on sidebar.

The demo version can be tested on https://mapintegratedvuer-mapcore-754fcb3bf891.herokuapp.com/#/.

1. Filter using "with alerts" on Human map.
2. Switch to Rat and search for "femrep 30".
