- Rework the SBMR testcase checklist to follow SBMR 3.0 ALP2 category ordering and split current requirements from future requirements. - Align ACS tags, test lists, and self-declaration variables with updated SBMR 3.0 rule IDs. - Remove mappings for rules dropped from the latest spec, including obsolete JTAG, OOB, and RAS rule IDs. - Add IPMI shell helpers for Send/Get Boot Progress Code 2 commands. - Fix Get Command Support bitmap handling so cleared bits indicate supported commands. - Add Robot test cases and tags for Boot Progress Code 2 coverage. - Include the new tags in the Linux test list and SBMR testcase checklist.
