Code Review

This pull request updates the Indonesian translation file. The new translations are mostly accurate, but I've found a few issues related to mistranslation and inconsistency. I've left specific comments with suggestions to correct the translation of 'Collecting settings', and to ensure consistent terminology for 'key bindings' and 'file'. I also noticed that some technical terms like 'keyBindings' and 'installedPlugins' were left untranslated, and I've suggested appropriate translations for them.
