The app mixes global and profile-specific settings with some options duplicated in both places. This makes it unclear whether a setting affects the entire app or just a chosen profile leading to user confusion
Proposed solution
Eliminate duplicate settings: Keep only global options in General Settings.
Separate profile-specific settings from general ones: Make it fully transparent whether a configured setting is active only while the profile is enabled or applied universally.
Update popup UX: Display the currently active profile directly in the popup when multiple profiles exist.
