Issue Details

Open the gui window. Start switching between bookmarks, move the mouse over the buttons.

The hovers above the buttons are displayed with a delay. Switching between bookmarks too. When you click on the close button, it most often does not respond the first time, even if you wait. The second click is triggered.

The CPU load is high, 40-60%, but other applications are absolutely responsive and the hovers work instantly.
If you do not touch the GUI, then the Adguard VPN takes away 0%. But if you start moving the mouse over the bookmarks 10% and the hovers are displayed with a noticeable delay.

Switching bookmarks takes a second.

The exceptions are 10 apps and 38 websites.

Подробности возникновения не очень понятны, но в целом подтверждаю, что такое возможно.
Отмечу, что ранее оставлял свою проблему с интерфейсом #951
