• Functionality parity: all phases, cancel, fail+log, install from Downloads

Test checklist (device)

• Start build when connected → progress phases → Ready → Install
• Cancel mid-build → Cancelled (no Failed flash)
• Fail path → View build log opens
• Logged-out gate → Connect → return to build
• System Back behavior matches design/ACs
• Visual match vs Figma (design-review)
