This change is meant to unify naming convention for the plots api. In most languages, those methods are called *Lim (instead of Limits). Examples: - matplotlib.pyplot https://matplotlib.org/stable/api/_as_gen/matplotlib.pyplot.xlim.html - R's ggplot2: https://www.rdocumentation.org/packages/ggplot2/versions/1.0.0/topics/xlim
