attempting to publish fails - seems like we have an old version published?

WIP Steps

attempt to publish branch vis/main in packages/scatterbrain
failure - there already exists a version 0.0.10 (probably from before a re-organization effort)

What

change the version so that I can publish over that old one

How

Replace this txt describing what kind of technical overlaying code changes were introduced here.
