- Remove a branch README committed with the Codex setup work (SETUP.md covers the same ground), an empty tracked .codex file (it would block a project-level .codex/ directory), and an unreferenced, drifted copy of the progress schema under .claude/skills/learn/. - CLAUDE.md: the package ships through the marketplace and clones; it is not on npm. - Submit URL: the CLI reference, acceptance prerequisites and troubleshoot skill say it must be the full /tx/submit route. A base URL answers 200, the CLI treats that as success, and the tx never reaches the chain. - knowledge: two appended gotchas (submit URL, create-module --course-id). - CHANGELOG 0.2.0 covering everything since 0.1.0; version 0.2.0 in package.json and the plugin manifest.

The CLI's
tx submittreats any 200 as success. With a base URL likehttps://cardano-preprod.blockfrost.io/api/v0(no/tx/submit), Blockfrost answers 200 with its own banner, the CLI reports a tx hash, andtx runpollspendingfor its full timeout while the transaction never reaches the chain. Found during the preprod re-validation.reference/andamio-cli-context.md—config set-submit-urlnow says to give the full route, and why.reference/acceptance-test-prerequisites.md— the checklist checks for/tx/submit; CLI minimum is 1.1.1 (it said v0.13.3 was current).skills/troubleshoot— a row for "stuck inpending,not_indexed_countclimbing".knowledge/gotchas.yaml— appended gotcha-010 (submit URL) and gotcha-011 (create-moduletakes--course-id; its positional argument is an outline path). Index count 9 → 11.The silent success is a CLI behaviour; this PR documents it rather than changing the CLI.

knowledge/faq.yamlstill answers "about 20.7 ADA" for course creation, and gotcha-004 still showscreate-module <course-id>. The knowledge files are append-only by convention, so they aren't rewritten here — gotcha-011 carries the correct form.
