The SDL includes directory was wrong, and it wouldn't make. This fixes it.

Hi,
Tried to compile, and it failed out b/c couldn't find SDL.h. Changing the includes search path in the Makefile fixed it for me. (Linux, FWIW.)
Thanks for the great hack on some old, awesome software.
