Prepare version 0.5.20 for the integrated backlog fixes. Update the package version, lockfile entry, and changelog together.
This release includes the AA checkpoint and live-score fixes, leaderboard retries with partial-result retention, Strix Halo and named Xavier detection, read-only LM Studio discovery, weight-size provenance, and the CLI split.
The local candidate passes 590 tests and Ruff checks. Its wheel and sdist include the new modules, and a clean installation with production dependencies returns recommendation JSON from an empty cache. Final CI must pass on the release branch before merge.
Publishing a GitHub Release after the tag is pushed will trigger the existing PyPI workflow. Issues remain open until the published package is checked and residual work is tracked.
