Platform Engineer owning cloud-native infrastructure end to end for a multi-client B2B SaaS platform in retail forecasting and supply chain - across on-prem and cloud, from cluster provisioning to production incident response.

  • Designed and built a Kubernetes-native E2E and load-testing platform from scratch (Playwright, Artillery), running production-scale tests at high concurrency; findings drove backend architecture redesigns ahead of an enterprise client launch.
  • Provision and operate client environments end to end with Terraform (Azure AKS, GitOps, K8s, K3s, Helm, RBAC) across multi-cluster infrastructure spanning dev and production.
  • Own org-wide CI/CD architecture (Jenkins, GitHub/Gitea Actions) and contribute to a full version-control platform migration across engineering teams, including workflow design and team training; build and own internal developer tooling and organization-wide documentation.
  • Own production incident response across all client environments (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK) - root-causing infrastructure, database and node-level failures into postmortems.
  • Engineered disaster recovery for critical production databases (CloudNativePG, Velero) - designed failover, point-in-time, and continuous-backup strategy, significantly reducing restore time and improving recovery reliability.
