Problem exists on Arctaps with custom width as well

I enabled z buffer writing before in the arctap shader, but that fucked up z zepth buffer

I guess we'll have to separate arctap rendering into another camera, leaving arc rendering into just one camera solely

there is no need to separate camera, just apply the ordering mechanism (which is used in arc rendering already) to arctap
