Removes [tar](https://github.com/isaacs/node-tar). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [npm](https://github.com/npm/cli). These dependencies need to be updated together. Closing: this repo's code now lives in the Automattic/newspack-workspace monorepo, where dependencies are managed centrally. Dependabot is no longer configured here, so this PR is obsolete. Reopen if closed in error. |
