Finish the v2 client/service/deployment preparation: strict roles, signer pause wiring, pinned manifest verification, actual local script broadcast, bounded historical Signed discovery, expiry and chain guards, and Next.js deployment/version write gates.
Validation: independent whole-diff review; 72 Foundry tests, 18 service tests/typecheck, real Anvil rotation/settlement/backlog rehearsal, actual deployment smoke plus nine negative gates; frontend 26 Node22 tests, production build/typecheck and zero high/critical npm audit findings. CI repeats gates.
Public-network v2 is not deployed. Historical v1 obligations require explicit reconciliation; mock custody is not durable real-world settlement. Operator runbook records release/cutover/incident limits.
