I have 4 years of experience across backend engineering and DevOps in EdTech and open source. Most of my work sits at the intersection of infrastructure, automation, and developer workflows.
My day-to-day work includes Terraform and GitOps for infrastructure as code, GitHub Actions and ArgoCD for CI/CD. I build observability stacks with OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Prometheus, and New Relic. I also work with Policy as Code to enforce compliance and apply FinOps practices to keep cloud spending visible and accountable. I have also built self-service infrastructure platforms from the ground up.
Developer experience matters to me as much as system reliability. I spend time shaping internal platform roadmaps, mentoring engineers on DevSecOps practices, and writing about the work so others can understand it and build on it.
Outside work, I trade indices and currency pairs as a swing trader. I also train whenever I can.
I enjoy talking about DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and open source.
