Remove wrapped and launch applications directly #264

bails/.local/bin/wrapped mixes persistence setup, broad symlinking, GNOME favorites, Core settings edits, random donation prompts and process launch. Every launch inherits this maintenance burden.

Acceptance:

• After configuration ownership is separated (Bitcoin Core: keep Bails policy out of settings.json #263), move necessary idempotent setup into install/session integration and delete wrapped.
• Point desktop, URI and autostart entries at the intended application with consistent configuration and existing startup hooks.
• Preserve the persistence prerequisite at an explicit boundary; no launch-time wildcard links, favorites replacement or random donation prompts.
• Verify fresh install, upgrade, reboot/autostart, manual launch and bitcoin: handling on supported Tails; preserve user favorites, Tor routing and ephemeral logs.
