ibd-progress scrapes debug.log, recursively relaunches itself, waits for wallets and forces an unfinished backup wizard. This duplicates Core's sync UI and retains assumptions from the wallet implementation removed by #202.
Acceptance:
- Replace log parsing with a small bounded polling loop using
getblockchaininfo against the configured Core instance, or remove the watcher if no notification is needed.
- Notify once when initial synchronization completes; no mandatory wallet creation, backup wizard or geographic-backup instructions.
- Handle RPC startup/failure and shutdown visibly without duplicate watchers or recursive processes.
- Remove obsolete autostart/state and backup-wizard code during upgrades; preserve actual user data.
- Verify completion, interrupted sync, restart and RPC-unavailable behavior on supported Tails.
