Packaging: support Python 3.14 #8

Description

@BenWestgate

PR #7 removes the Python Coincurve dependency that previously constrained interpreter support.

A local probe on Python 3.14.7 with the package metadata widened to <3.15 passes the full test suite (857 tests).

Scope:

  • widen requires-python through Python 3.14
  • add the Python 3.14 package classifier
  • add Python 3.14 to the CI test matrix
  • update the user-facing supported-version statement

Keep this separate from PR #7 so the dependency-boundary change remains focused.

    Superseded by #18 / PR #36. The later work broadens the same compatibility effort to Python 3.10–3.15 rather than only adding 3.14, while keeping the interpreter-support change separate from PR #7. Closing this narrower issue as duplicate/superseded.
