Partial cell type coloring/ rendering issue with image visualization (section 11)

Good afternoon,

I'm encountering a persistent visualization issue where cell type coloring abruptly stops at ~3/4 image height in 5 specific samples (example attached).

Here is an example (the upper portion cuttoff is clearly colored by cell type, but it simply stopped about 3/4 of the image):
This happened for 5 of my image visualizations.

Hi @honeybee-224,
hard to tell what's going on.
Could you please check your masks? Is it really a coloring issue or is it a segmentation issue?
If the masks are ok, then please provide me with the an spe object from one of the affected images and the respective mask to investigate further.
