Implement a proof-of-concept KakaoTalk-MCP server within the Agent Development Kit (ADK-ts) to enable AI agents to communicate via KakaoTalk. This includes setting up the MCP server, connecting it with KakaoTalk APIs, and demonstrating message sending/receiving between agents and KakaoTalk users. The PoC should validate feasibility, identify integration challenges, and provide a foundation for production-ready messaging support.
