[Feature] import and begin utilization of Datastation from within `appdata/`

Done in PR #66, wired into data/ (the directory this issue's appdata/ referred to under an older, no-longer-real name — see docs/developer/info.md for the stale layout it came from). data.Connect()/data.Close() now open/close a MySQL connection through byte-cats/datastation/pkg, configured via DATABASE_* env vars. Note: datastation's MySQL path is the only one with a complete connect helper today (Postgres/Mongo/Redis each have separate, un-dispatched helpers in that library) — this only wires up MySQL, matching what auth/database.go already assumed.
