Card cleanup: 2026-06-27 [Reminder text: Treasure token]

Following up on #11086 .
Generally dealing with the 'artifact' → 'token' update to the Treasure activated ability (as in An Offer You Can't Refuse). A few related changes were addressed as well, notably:

• Adding the reminder text to Description parameters, as attested on Gatherer (like Captain Lannery Storm) and where not too cumbersome for the UI, like would likely be the case for Treasure Map's activated ability.
• Revel In Riches had an extraneous Description parameter
• Some parameters were rearranged to their expected positions on a line to facilitate future cleanups.
• Vault Robber had extraneous text in the Description parameter for its activated ability.
• A few stragglers from other passes show up like cards where Food tokens are mentioned along with Treasure tokens.
