. Add GET /api/v1/courses/:id/enrolled-users endpoint (admin) #355
Description
What: Add an admin endpoint that returns all users enrolled in a specific course with their progress status.
Why: Course creators need to see who's enrolled and their progress to understand engagement and identify struggling learners.
Scope: Create admin-only endpoint that queries enrollments joined with users, returning: userId, displayName, stellarAddress, enrolledAt, completedAt, quizCount, averageScore. Support pagination.
Acceptance criteria:
- Returns paginated list of enrolled users
- Includes progress data per user
- Only accessible by admins
- Cached for 30s
Technical context: src/database/schema.ts:63-84 — enrollments table. src/modules/courses/course.service.ts — enrollment queries.
