Adds a new
Vault Configtooltip section todocs/cloud-wallet/tooltips.mdexplaining what the config contains, when it’s needed for restore/import, how to downloadvault-config-<vault name>.json, and that it must be re-downloaded after each recovery.Includes a warning that deleting a vault without retaining the latest config may result in permanent loss of funds.
