ClassIsland 置顶工具条插件：幸运抽签、屏幕批注、自定义快捷方式。 常驻屏幕最顶层，一个云朵圆钮点开向两边展开。 入口程序集 ClassIsland.Toolbox.dll，API 版本 2.0.0.0，当前版本 1.2.0.0。 未指定 artifactName：发布产物名为 Toolbox-<版本>.cipx，随版本变化； 留空按 *.cipx 匹配，索引生成器会自动跟随最新 Release 的 tag（纯数字 a.b.c.d）。
