New Tool Submissions
Adding two tools from CipherIQ — an open-core cryptographic observability platform for post-quantum readiness.
1. cbom-generator
Open-source (GPL-3.0 / dual-licensed) static cryptographic asset scanner for Linux systems. Discovers algorithms, keys, certificates, and cryptographic libraries. Generates CycloneDX 1.6/1.7 CBOM with PQC readiness classification for 48+ NIST algorithms.
2. CipherIQ Distributed CBOM Platform
Enterprise cryptographic observability platform combining static discovery (cbom-generator), eBPF runtime monitoring (crypto-tracer), and passive network analysis (pqc-flow). Provides centralized CBOM governance with drift detection and PQC migration planning.
Both entries validated against the tool-center JSON schema prior to submission.
