Fix hardware detection and update README

Replaced sys.refresh_disks_list() with sys.refresh_disks() in HardwareInfo::detect to ensure that total disk space is correctly populated, addressing a potential issue where disk space could be reported as zero.

Also updated README.md to reflect this improvement in the "Hardware Profiles" section (English and French) and ensured the documentation is consistent with the current codebase state.

Tests passed locally.
