Add support for DEEBOT T90 OMNI (7fpaed)

Add support for the DEEBOT T90 OMNI device class 7fpaed by aliasing it to the existing twunby T90 profile.

Closes #1807.

Real-device validation

Tested with a physical device using Home Assistant 2026.9.4:

• Device discovered successfully
• Vacuum and supporting entities created
• image.<name>_map created successfully
• No Ecovacs/deebot parsing or unsupported-command warnings after startup
• Room cleaning works using clean_V2 / freeClean
• Returning to the station works

The generic start/stop commands are not fully supported by this model:

• The legacy clean command returns 20003: rcp not support
• A generic clean_V2 stop command did not stop an active room cleaning

Room-clean command support is apparently being addressed separately in #1710.

Tests

• pytest tests/hardware/test_init.py -q: 8 passed
• mypy deebot_client/: no issues in 364 source files
