We are observing that DeviceFarmer/STF v3.7.9 does not populate SIM subscriber information (IMEI, IMSI, ICCID, Phone Number) for physical Android devices, even when:
A valid SIM card is installed
The SIM is detected by Android
The device successfully registers to the carrier network
Cellular data services are operational
The issue has been reproduced on multiple device vendors, suggesting the behavior is not OEM-specific.
