[Task] Add MUIO Results field calculation parity

What needs work?

Match the MUIO field settings and calculations without Wijmo.
In Field Settings: implement functionality for Summary, Show As, Weigh By, sorting, filters, formats, and custom headers.

Possible approach (optional)

Extend ResultLayoutState to store field settings.
Extend ResultAggregator to apply the calculations.
Support value and condition filters.
Preserve settings in old and new saved views.
Compare each calculation against Wijmo before removal.

What good looks like (optional)

The MUIOGO Results grid and charts match MUIO for the same data and field settings.
