The uv migration (#43) moved the package off conda, but the Jupyter Book tutorial docs still walk users through the old conda setup. Since environment.yml was removed in the migration, the conda env create step in these docs now fails — following them doesn't work.
Two files need updating to the uv workflow (uv sync --extra dev, uv run ...):
docs/book/content/UNtutorial/getting_started.md — Anaconda/conda-env walkthroughdocs/book/content/contributing/contributor_guide.md — env setup steps
Left out of #43 to keep that PR scoped to package tooling + README + AGENTS, matching OG-Core's migration scope.
Note: OG-Core has the same gap in its own book docs, so it may be worth coordinating the fix upstream.
