docs: fix broken star history chart in README - #106

The star history chart was no longer rendering due to upstream API restrictions. Point it at a working alternative host so the chart displays correctly again in both the English and Chinese READMEs.

The star history chart embedded in the README is currently broken and does not render, which is confusing for visitors. This change points the chart at a working alternative host so it displays correctly again. Updated in both README.md and README_zh.md.
