blocking from a call only offered a call block and a chat only a message block, but a pest rarely respects that split. every block sheet shows both switches now, the settings list shows every entry with both badges in every launcher, and the trash can takes the whole entry after asking by number. unblocking asks how much to lift when the entry blocks more than the current context. the is-there-an-entry checks ask exactly that instead of defaulting to calls, which had a chat's block button lying for message-blocked numbers; enforcement still asks for its own domain.
