Summary

• Add standard-directory Skill discovery for DeepSeek Harness and PI, including flat Markdown files, nested PI groups, and explicit entry files.
• Discover DSH Cordis Hook bridge configurations and static PI extension events.
• Enable the corresponding compatibility-page entries and display read-only Hook catalogs, states, and diagnostics.
• Update English and Chinese documentation and UI strings across three locales.

Users can discover DeepSeek Harness and PI Skills and Hooks from the compatibility page.

Skills retain stable identifiers and their actual entry files. Hook discovery inspects configuration and source code without importing or executing external extensions.

Implementation-stage verification:

• pnpm run check:repo-hygiene: passed.
• Core boundary check: passed in a clean copy with the same changes. The original workspace check was blocked by an existing broken Harmony symlink.

Pre-commit verification:

• git diff --cached --check: passed.

Reviewer Notes

• The new entry-file field is optional; legacy payloads continue to default to SKILL.md.
• Skill discovery covers standard directories and environment-variable overrides. Custom, package-provided, and runtime-published directories, as well as native ancestor-directory resolution, remain outside this scope.
• Hook support is static discovery only. Dynamic registrations produce diagnostics, and remote-workspace Hook discovery remains explicitly unsupported.
• Tests cover local and simulated remote-filesystem Skill discovery, plus remote Hook rejection.
• Real SSH, Remote Control, Peer Device, and Detached Dispatch end-to-end scenarios were not exercised. Manual GUI verification was not performed.
• AI-assisted. Testing level: focused automated verification completed; full end-to-end verification remains outstanding.
