feat(harmony): add creative harness mode

What changed

• Add the Creative harness mode to the HarmonyOS phone session creation menu.
• Use the desktop-aligned Minimal, Standard, Ultimate, and Creative icons instead of density bars.
• Add Creative localization and canonical Creative agent mapping.
• Bump the HarmonyOS version code so the build can update the connected device in place.

Validation

• HarmonyOS HAP build succeeded.
• Installed and checked the four-mode menu on device 5ZU0226202001116.
• Node checks: 365 passed, 1 pre-existing workspace-editor assertion failure.
