Add MobileAvatar, MobileCheckbox, MobileRadioGroup, MobileSelect, MobileStepper, MobileSwitch, MobileTabBar, MobileTag, and MobileToolbar, each with its contract, styles and catalog entry, so the mobile surface reaches the same coverage as the desktop kit. Export them from the mobile entry point, extend the registry types, and cover the catalog with the mobile, registry and consistency tests. Retune the brand flow animation: shorter cycle, per-strand stagger, and a comet-shaped highlight whose opacity ramps along the strand instead of cutting a hole in the ribbon. Rebuild the homepage showcase as a single frame that morphs between the desktop window, a phone, a watch and glasses, assembled from the design system's own mobile parts, and play the character hatch in the hero instead of the static brand mark. Fill in the mobile gallery, the brand motion banner, the foundations chapters and the shared guide contract, lift the rail directory plus the page and foundation navigation into shared modules, and self-host the Lab's IBM Plex Mono. Put every piece of chrome typography on one published type role: one leading per size, one tracking level per label, one code role for snippet blocks, and the wordmark recipe in a single set of variables. The emblem was centred against the whole copy column, so the action row under the support line pulled the artwork 50px below the middle of the words it stands beside. Lift it by half that row's footprint — written from the button's own control height and the margin above it, so the figure keeps its relation to the text if either one changes. The lift is a translate rather than a margin, so the hero keeps its height and the first screen still fits the whole picture. Reset it where the breakpoint stacks the mark under the copy. The air above the hero had been halved to squeeze the whole picture into the first screen, which left the headline with almost no top margin. Put it back on the page's own rhythm — the same space-16 × air the page uses between its blocks — and take the trade the other way round: the picture starts on the first screen and finishes just under the fold, so about seven eighths of it shows. The showcase picture was a window floating on the page's canvas. Give it a full-bleed band — the same device as the closing band, the same gutter expression, no radius and no hairline — so the frame reads as a picture placed on a surface. Its fill is a mix toward the page's own content primary rather than a surface token, because the tokens that read as a grey in light mode (tertiary, workbench) collapse onto the canvas in dark and would erase the band for readers who keep dark on. The band's block padding runs through the page's air, so the plate around the picture breathes with everything else, and both bands now take one gutter expression from the page instead of carrying a copy each. The grey band under the picture read worse than the picture sitting directly on the page's canvas, so the picture goes back to floating on the canvas and the homepage keeps space-only separation between its blocks.
