Large-workspace inventory calls spent time walking files before cache lookup and repeating serial Git subprocesses. Complete maps now support resumable JSONL state, parallel metadata validation, and freshness checks before reusing a repository row. MCP
index.maprebuilds discovery so a nested repository cannot be hidden by its old TTL cache.Failed Git status is explicit in row and aggregate metadata fields. CLI summaries report verified dirty counts beside the unknown count. Git reads suppress optional index writes, so touching an unchanged tracked file does not invalidate a clean checkpoint.
Interactive graph, router and context calls have bounded failure paths that report incomplete results. The separate complete cold router remains a known limitation; this release's completed performance work is repository inventory mapping.
Version: 2.11.0. Validation: full Python suite, independent cache/freshness/failure review, isolated wheel CLI and actual MCP stdio tests, package and public-source checks. Workspace timing and path reconciliation remain bounded to the measured local workload; raw workspace paths are not release artifacts.
