What is Has-Needs?

Has-Needs is coordination infrastructure that works when everything else fails. It's:

The Problem

Communities facing crisisβ€”natural disasters, political upheaval, infrastructure collapseβ€”have no resilient coordination tools. Existing systems:

Why Now?
