Disable or hide package-bundled agents from subagents_list

Package-bundled agents in pi-interactive-subagents are always discovered and shown in subagents_list.

Overriding same-name agents works, but there doesn't seem to be a way to hide extra bundled agents I don't use (for example claude-code, visual-tester).

It would be useful to support one of these:

• denylist specific agent names
• allowlist only chosen agents
• disable bundled agents entirely

That would make discovery/UI match the actual workflow better.

Partial support landed in v3.0.0: agent definitions now accept a disable-model-invocation: true frontmatter flag. subagents_list filters these out (see the .filter((agent) => !agent.disableModelInvocation) call in pi-extension/subagents/index.ts), so an agent with that flag is still spawnable explicitly via subagent({agent: "name"}) but doesn't clutter the discovery list.

Workaround for hiding a bundled agent today: create a project-local (.pi/agents/<name>.md) or global (~/.pi/agent/agents/<name>.md) override with just:

The project-local agent wins over the bundled one and disappears from subagents_list.

That said, your ask (a single settings-level allow/denylist) is still a reasonable separate feature — keeping this issue open for that. Noted in the fork-mining report alongside @marnunez's allow-tools whitelist pattern as candidates for the eventual design.

A good addition would be the option to disable commands (e.g., disabling the /plan command).
