Fresh install is a disaster

Tested on both hydevm and locally on dev and master branch.

1. need to manually install luarocks (idk if its intended but probably should not be)
2. wlogout fails to install and causes the install script to exit forcing to install it manually
3. dunst does not get installed therefore its related files also not get copied causing several wallbash errors
4. Configs/.config/hypr/themes,shader,hyprlock dont get copied causing hyde-shell reload to not work

same happened to me during a fresh install, i had to install some required packages manually, keybindings ain't working, several files have not been copied, lock screen aint working just a black screen but when inserting password and hitting enter it logs you in, the waybar cant be close, tried the shortcut and killall waybar, it closes and appears in a moment. now im still waiting for a stable version to update my main machine.
