fix(theme): restore Virtual-Witches gallery link

Description

Replace the dead Virtual-Witches repository and owner URLs with the maintained compatibility fork at Delcado19/virtual-witches.

The replacement fork fixes current HyDE/Hyprland compatibility issues and is publicly cloneable. The generated README entries are updated to match hyde-themes.json; no preview assets or unrelated themes are changed.
