Icon thememing

[dudenukm]

How do i change the icons back to blue in dark wallbash gtk without switching to theme wallbash-gtk?

[kRHYME7]

You can think of 'wallbash' mode as a theme itself with 3 variants, auto, dark, light. wallbash is a theme that happens to always follow the wallpaper color-scheme.

If we are talking about icons, Icons should follow what is set in theme mode. wallbash do not have an icon pack.

About the gtk-theme, it should follow the wallbash gtk. Changing that breaks the whole point of wallbash.

Therefore if you want to not use wallbash-gtk then use the theme mode.

Uhm, I see so your issue is the icon pack. As I've mentioned above, we don't change icons-themes across modes. Therefore this is a theme issue.

We don't store themes in this repo.
What is the theme name so we can move this issue there.

I can't seem to replicate this, try to install the said theme again but export this var.

export FULL_THEME_UPDATE=true
theme.patch.sh 'Gruvbox Retro' https://github.com/HyDE-Project/hyde-themes/tree/Gruvbox-Retro

I think the problem is with kvantum themes

[kRHYME7]

Have you tried rebooting?

[dudenukm]

Multiple times

[dudenukm]

I'm using a kvantum theme to fix it for now

Can you try to use another QT file manager just to see how they handle icon event colors.

yay -S pcmanfm-qt

Also please check if this is replicable on other themes.

Other themes work fine
