First AI prompt for pattern generation

This is a start for issue #829.

It only adds a prompt for ChatGPT for the time being. Other prompts can be added to this PR now, or we can add those later.

Here are the results from different providers.

We could use one prompt for all providers, but a user's mileage may vary.

Over time, the prompt would get better by producing a more robust prompt/spec to feed into tools.
